EXEN high-frequency concrete vibrator is a tool used in construction to compact concrete and eliminate air bubbles in freshly poured concrete. It works by introducing high-frequency vibration into the concrete mixture, which helps to consolidate the concrete and reduce the size of air pockets. This results in a stronger and more durable concrete surface. High-frequency concrete vibrators use a motor to drive an eccentric weight that vibrates at a high frequency, typically between 13,000 and 18,000 cycles per minute. The vibrator is inserted into the wet concrete mixture and moved around to distribute the vibration evenly. High-frequency concrete vibrators are used in a variety of concrete pouring and finishing applications, including bridges, buildings, and other large-scale concrete structures. They are an important tool for ensuring the quality and durability of concrete in construction projects.
Features
The fin head transmits powerful vibration in such a manner as to distribute aggregate equally by removing inner air bubbles and densify the concrete in order to realize strong concrete. The tip is fin-shaped to transmit powerful vibration.
Tip shape: increasing compaction with a fin-shaped tip
Tips of six fin shapes eliminate transmission losses in vibration energy, thereby transmitting vibration more efficiently than general round types. The reshaped tip also aims to reduce scattering of concrete when poured.
Eco-friendly products
The HBM series are eco-friendly.
Cables are particularly eco-friendly, using environmentally friendly material. Cables used in HBM have successfully been reduced in weight by 10%.(From our earlier models.)
*Environmentally friendly materials do not include chlorine or other halogen-based element that may generate harmful substances when incinerated or buried in landfill or a lead component that threatens to harm the human body. Materials used are easy to recycle.
Easy maintenance
The ZX type is a structure where a rotor is integrated with a vibrating shaft (except for the 30ZX).
The VF type has its rotor as a separate part from its vibrating shaft to increase maintainability of the vibrating body.
Both types allow disassembly as the bearings are assembled on the rotor and vibrating shaft, resulting in higher maintainability. The bearings used are filled with a proven, long-lasting grease.
Using a plug with new functions
Burns in the motor due to the imperfect contact of the plug are reduced by using a super-tough pin in the developed EP plug. The super-tough pin is semi-permanently elastic, not causing imperfect contact in the plug.
Stable vibration
The unit incorporates a three-phase AC motor with smooth revolution and high output.
(The single-phase AC motor is low in output and susceptible to uneven revolution.) With this, the HBM ensures stable, powerful vibration.
Higher durability
The tip and vibrating body, made of abrasion-resistant materials, are durable.
Reducing vibration at hand
The vibration balance of the HBM is adjusted to minimize vibration at hand. Moreover, the new hose absorbs some of the vibration, thereby reducing vibration at hand.
