A spiked roller is a type of roller that has spikes or studs on its surface, used in coating applications. The spikes help to ensure even application of paint, coatings, adhesives, or other materials. The spikes also help to reduce the amount of material that is absorbed into the substrate, leading to a more efficient use of the coating material. Spiked rollers are commonly used in industrial, commercial, and residential painting projects, and can be made from a variety of materials such as foam, rubber, or plastic.

POLYPLAN Spiked Roller

This spiked roller is to prevent unevenness when coating with solvent-resistant containing liquid plastics. It is to remove trapped air bubbles after coatings.

The spiked roller is made of solvent-resistant plastic. The types E, Left + Right are pulled up on a plastic impregnated core of hard paper and so the roller will remain stiff.

The roller would not wing, would not be deformed, the liquid coating would not be moved.
